Recruitment and Organising Policy Required.

With the goal of increasing recruitment, the Rank and File team commit to:

 

1. Greater teamwork and shared strategy between the industrial and organising teams 

2. Concentration of organising resources on portfolio areas with low density or strategic importance

3. The creation of a small blitz team of organisers to work across portfolios as required for campaigns

4. The equipping of organisers with campaign and promotional material to perform their roles in the workplace rather than Clarence Street

5. A review of the current flat membership fee structure which would see, if financially possible, a lower entry rate for new members and those on below average incomes subsidised by members on higher salary rates
